While it's clear that she saw herself as serving the Lord, I do believe Marolyn took advantage of a very young and inexperienced boy. She benefitted immensely in some ways by latching on to the Lard as her lawfully wedded husband, in terms of money and prestige. Also she may have seen herself as blessed above all women, chosen of gawd to serve his son in a very special manner. Does that sound right? However, in the eyes of the law, I believe she was committing statutory rape and was actually a pedophile if she had sex with him when he was fifteen and she was twenty four or twenty five. I also look at it this way: if a twenty five year old man was having sex with a fifteen or sixteen year old, he would be slammed in jail so fast his head would spin. Would you want your fifteen or sixteen year old son having sex with a twenty-five year old woman? Or conversely, if you were a father, would you want your twenty five year old daughter marrying a sixteen year old? Any way you slice it, it's weird, weird, weird.
