It may be true that many 15 year old boys would be thrilled to have sex with a beautiful 24 year old woman, but I still think that the woman is using the kid and that the child will inevitably suffer at least some psychological/emotional damage. There are many categories of sexual abuse that kind of fly under the radar. Just because a child or teen wants or enjoys the encounter does not mean that it is not harmful/abusive. 

Teenage prostitutes( of either gender ) are in my opinion also sexual abuse victims as well

In terms of Marolyn, entertain the notion that she might have stepped over a boundary that other premie women might have avoided? I am just saying people did a lot of crazy things for darhsan and power in the cult. If she realized M was attracted to her and initiated the sexual aspect of the relationship, then maybe in a way, they abused or at least used eachother. If M picked her off a darshan line and said, "I want that one" and then his agya was sex, and she was a devotee, then I do not see her as an abuser, or user, at all.
