I just ran the scenario by my neighbour who's visiting.  He (and I) strongly believe (as in yelling, shouting, laughing over each other at the top of our lungs) that the only trauma a 15 year-old boy would suffer in the circumstances, the only fear, would be over the possibility that this was a one-off and afterwards he'd have to line up for years just like everyone else.  As for this being scary, Susan, I dunno -- scary like the first time on a dirt bike maybe? 

Susan, with all due respect, perhaps you're just thinking too much like a mom.  Mom's have a role to play.  You probably didn't want your young teenage boy to smoke pot either, did you?  See what I mean?
