Leonine clause

I don't know about your countries, but this is a leonine clause in France, and any contract you'll sign with such a clause makes the whole contract void ! I doubt they can sell this in France ! I mean they can, maybe it's going to deter or impress some aspirants, but that very stipulation makes the contract egal to zero - useless. This is a real joke !!
