As far as I understand it, which probably isn't all that far, this contract is essentially a standard type of commercial product protection, with added bullshit. There is no chance at all that it would stand up in an English Court,& I'm guessing here, a US one either. The problem is that if the fatbastard decided to go after an individual, as was done with John MacGregor, then many months of anxiety, bigtime hassle & expense, would follow for the unlucky recipient of the Lord's attention.

As ever he's bluffing.........but who wants to play in a high stake game?

On the other hand though, he always folds when his adversaries refuse to be intimidated.
