Everybody,

This is dynamite evidence!  This is direct evidence that Prem Rawat and his organizations, TPRF, Elan Vital, Contact Info, Visions International, and other supporting organizations,  indeed do plan in a systematic way, to deceive people  they target as cult recruits.  It's also very important proof that premies don't just "hand out videos or dvds" nonchalantly with no intended results.  It's calculated, planned, and even practiced.  This is very important evidence!!  This is also direct evidence that traces local premie activity and Prem Rawat event planning directly to Elan Vital and The Prem Rawat Foundation.  They even SAY it's a "how to" tool!  Wow!  The inner workings of a cult right here.

But, if I remember correctly, the Rawt Toronto program scheduled for last summer was cancelled due to the SARS epidemic scare. I may be wrong about that -- someone please clarify that if you know.

Notes on Preparing to MC an Event

These notes were compiled by Buffy Black based on her experience preparing to MC the “Live From Madrid event” broadcast at the Meydenbauer on June 19, 2004.

  • Spent 2 hours on conference calls regarding MCs (one National and one local).
  • Checked e-mail and wrote basic introduction.
  • The introduction focused on Maharaji, and didn’t explain anything about Knowledge.
  • I practiced 3-4 hours getting comfortable with the information I was going to present, and getting the timing down.
  • I typed up the introduction I was going to present on index cards in case someone else had to step in unexpectedly and serve as backup MC.
  • Reviewed content of the back-up video and prepared introduction.
  • Checked e-mail for last minute details.
  • Discussed with Kitty and a few others for practice.
  • Prepared closing remarks and looked at materials to be familiar.
  • Found out from Kitty and Security what the disturbance procedure was, as well as disaster evacuation procedures.
  • Arrived at the venue early and presented my material during dress rehearsal.
  • Checked with AV team on when to begin presenting.
  • Talked with Ellen about video selection. (I chose two.)
  • Watched videos to know content.
  • Wrote short intro and put it on index cards for reference as needed.
  • Practiced.
  • During the ‘closing,’ the MC needs to tell attendees what materials are available at the information table.
  • Write announcements on an index card and deliver during “closing.”
