First, you have to waive your free speech rights in order to get access to the "keys," including the "fair use" exemptions for educational or criticism purposes. How sweet. How strange for somebody giving a "free gift."
Then, there's this:
I also agree that, should my interest in learning the techniques of Knowledge change at any time, this agreement is perpetual in length, and that upon such change, I will return any such material to The Prem Rawat Foundation.
So, should your "interest interest in learning the techniques of knowledge change" like, I don't know, maybe you become CRITICAL of the process, or maybe you say knowledge doesn't work, or Rawat's ideology is dysfunctional or whatever, you still can't talk about it or quote any of the material and this agreement is PERPETUAL IN LENGTH. It even survives you death, and you better goddam return the material like now.
WHO would agree to that? Is that even enforceable? It does appear to be paranoid, and a little, like, anal, and and it also appears Rawat hasn't a clue how this comes accross to people outside their closed, little, cult-world. I mean, this is the first goddam thing you have to "agree" to to even "discover more."
Can you imagine? This is how Rawat is trying to promote his "peace inside" program, with a bunch of onerous and bizarre legal agreements that you have to "agree to" right off the bat. That works real well, Prem and I'm sure it makes people really open up to your "message of peace inside." You are doing one bang-up job getting people "interested in discovering more," that's for sure. NOT.
These Rawat people are whacked.
