It's obvious that from the very beginning of the student or customer relationship with the Master (Prem Rawat) that it is an abusive one that relies on deception.

Of course, the waiver of one's legal rights is not an enforceable contract. Surely, Maharaji’s crack team of lawyers must know that, right??? Ok, maybe they don’t.  Maybe Maharaji and his lawyers are judicial activist lawyers out on a mission to rewrite current copyright laws.

Regardless, Maharaji is using deception to bamboozle, trick, and fool the ‘customer’.  Perhaps it is a test, hoop or hurdle to see how susceptible the ‘customer’ will be where anyone who is self-respecting and intelligent and will not respect or enter into such an agreement would ultimately not be a good money giving premie.
