Rawat is specifically looking for people who are neither self-respecting (this is a major requirement), nor intelligent.

I agree, waiver of fair use rights, is most likely not enforceable.  Plus, it's kind of stupid, because you could just hand the material over to somebody else (who is not a party to the "agreement") to quote it.

So, in light of all that, why would Rawat put up such a self-defeating kind of onerous, creepy, paranoid "agreement" before somebody can look at his goddam "keys" so he can just so selflessly give them this "gift" because he cares about people so much?  Please excuse my sarcasm.
