POV, please read this:

Who is Sri Krishna?

Krishna is God, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. This fact is stated and corroborated in the Vedic scriptures and by various authorities. Lord Brahma in Brahma Samhita says, "Krishna who is known as Govinda is the Supreme Godhead. He has an eternal blissful spiritual body. He is the origin of all. He has no other origin and He is the prime cause of all causes" (BS 5.1).

In the Bhagavata Purana Krishna becomes the chief object of devotion. After describing various incarnations of the Lord such as Rama, Balarama, Vamana, Nrsimha, and Vishnu, Srila Sukadeva Goswami states, "All of the above mentioned incarnations are either plenary portions or portions of the plenary portions of the Lord, but Lord Krishna is the original Personality of Godhead" (SB 1.3.28).

Lord Shiva in Gita Mahatmya, states that "only one God - Krishna, the son of Devaki" (Verse 7).

Lord Krishna, Source of Immortal Wisdom

Who are we? What is the purpose of our living through one lifetime after another? What is freedom all about, and how can we achieve it?

It's natural for us to ask ourselves these questions. Fifty centuries ago, a great warrior named Arjuna placed them before Lord Krishna.

Though Krishna, transcendent, exists beyond the limits of time, space, and matter, He had come to this world to play the role of Arjuna's charioteer--and to enlighten him.

At the onset of a battle, a battle between Arjuna and his own friends and relatives, Arjuna lost his composure. Surveying the two armies, he was overwhelmed by the pointlessness of what was about to occur. His skin shivering, his mind reeling, tears welling into his eyes, he dropped his bow and sank to the seat of the chariot.

Then, in the midst of the two armies, Lord Krishna spoke to Arjuna the words that have come down to us as the book known as Bhagavad-gita.

Lord Krishna spoke about the meaning of life, the subtle workings of creation, and the understanding of a self- realized soul. He spoke of the science of yoga in all its forms--the path of work, the path of knowledge, the path of mysticism, the path of devotion.

And at last Lord Krishna revealed Himself before Arjuna as the source of everything, the eternal form of the Supreme, the Personality of Godhead.

Krishna Consciousness - A Philosophy for Everyone

The philosophy of the Hare Krsna movement is a non-sectarian monotheistic tradition. It may be summarized in the following eight points:

1) By sincerely cultivating an authentic spiritual science, we can become free from anxiety and achieve a state of pure, unending, blissful consciousness.

2) Each one of us is not the material body but an eternal spirit soul, part and parcel of God (Krsna). As such, we are all interrelated through Krsna, our common father.

3) Krsna is eternal, all-knowing, omnipresent, all-powerful and all-attractive. He is the seed-giving father of all living beings and the sustaining energy of the universe. He is the source of all incarnations of God.

4) The Vedas are the oldest scriptures in the world. The essence of the Vedas is found in the Bhagavad gita, a literal record of Krsna's words spoken 5,000 years ago in India. The goal of Vedic knowledge--and of all theistic religions-- is to achieve love of God.

5) We can perfectly understand the knowledge of self-realization through the instructions of a genuine spiritual master--one who is free from selfish motives (nyuk nyuk) and whose mind is firmly fixed in meditation on Krsna.

6) All that we eat should first be offered to Krsna with a prayer. In this way Krsna accepts the offering and blesses it for our purification.

7) Rather than living in a self-centered way, we should act for the pleasure of Krsna. This is known as bhakti-yoga, the science of devotional service.

8) The most effective means for achieving God consciousness in this age is to chant the holy names of Lord:

Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare

POV, I hope this puts to rest any of your doubts about Maharaji's claim to divinity?

If you still maintain that Maharaji never claimed to be God, please turn yourself in because you are a madman,

A MADMAN!
