I have to admit, I am a vegetarian, but I was a vegetarian before I received knowledge.
And I didn't mean you put yogurt ON the sandwich, you have yogurt on the side, and only cream cheese and sprouts on the sandwich.
I have no moral or ethical objections to eating meat, but I haven't eaten it in so long that it mostly doesn't occur to me. I am a large consumer of tofu, I have to admit.
Of course, finding out about all the crap they pump into cattle and chickens, and how animals are treated, and things like e-coli and the like, I don't have much desire to change either.
Maybe if I raised my own farm animals, I might feel differently.
