Rawat gives agya that premies should not read EPO or F8

I have heard this said off and on over the years, and lately Anna said it was true, that Rawat said something on the level of agya, that premies were not to read F8 or EPO, or I assume the new, excellent, website at www.prem-rawat-maharaj.info Anway, I asked Anna about this, but she hasn't responded, and I just wondered what people know about this.  Anna, how do you know this?  I know that Rawat said he didn't want premies talking about knowledge on the internet at all some years ago, and then did an about-fact and ELK and other cult websites showed up.  Now, ELK has been dumped. Obviously, if this really is agya, some premies ignore it, or choose to disobey it, or maybe don't know about it.  Apparently Glen Whitakker does. Can anyone clarify what is/has gone on?
