I telephoned Elan Vital and was advised NOT to read F8 or ex premie sites, because it would confuse me. ....... the woman I spoke to at Elan Vital ..... telling me to stay the hell away from the ex premie sites, and that M would all make sense in time.

Thanks Hussain, it's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one here that's heard this. And as you were told this by Elan Vital, it's not rumour at all. It's official!
