Anyone know where Nigel, Molly or Jim are?

I'm trying to debunk a study which claims that people can alter the statistics on random occurences through concentration. I don't really have the knowledge of statistics, or physics and higher math, to do this. I suspect this study is bogus, but I'd like to prove it to the colleague who's claiming this is proof. Thanks.
