This is just part of the brainwashing. Your breath is your breath and has nothing to do with Rawat. He tried to connect it to himself so you would feel fear if you ever left him. We were never "connected" to Rawat in any way except through our own devotion, which was extracted from us through lies of godhood and fear of retribution. Let it go.Rawat uses foul language because he thinks he is funny. He abuses premies with his words and knows that they can't retaliate or even defend themselves because of who he is "supposed" to be. Relax, let it all go, and get on with enjoying your life. It was all a really bad experience -- and yes, we were conned, but there is no reason to carry any of it with us any more. It is his shame - not ours. Do what makes you feel happy - and enjoy life without chains.
