One of the things that attracted me to k was the 'Holy Name'. Growing up in Judaism, I was fascinated by stories of the Baal Shem Tov(died 1760), meaning 'Master of the Good Name'. The stories said thet he knew the secret name of god and did all sorts of magical things.
