It has not been hard leaving the adoration of rowatt, it has been hard pulling myself out of inner habits and attitudes which I believed were 'practising knowledge'. They were in fact causing separation from self/humanity rather than the opposite.

I still feel I have been violated, even after 7 years of leaving.
