I think that's just your computer's present configuration making it look like you can only make contact with EPO using Outlook Express. My machine does the same, 'cos I've not got round to sorting it...
To contact John just use your regular email account and post to:
epowebmaster@yahoo.co.uk">epowebmaster@yahoo.co.uk
(If you click on the above, you'll probably get the baffling Outlook Express thing again. So don't click on it. Instead, cut and paste it, copy it, whatever, and use it as a 'send' address from your normal mailbox.)
