My experience of knowledge took off the less I listened to him, and as for the ongoing phase 2 organizational changes that were continual, and inevitably doomed to failure even to my as then untrained business management eyes, well I can only think you're having a bloody great laugh. In fact the whole organization throughout it's whole existence has to be one of the worst useful information disseminators ever.
The only part of his talks that ever really did anything for me were the 3rd grade zen stuff about the moment, stuff that was an inherent part of my day to day life already, and where I had much better inspiration from people who were either clearer or more creative, or with me in the flesh of my day to day existence.
