Both Shri Maharaji and Maharaji took the time to come to the doorstep of people like yourself, not only to tell you about these techniques but to make sure you understood what they were so you could receive and practice them, and then to continue following up to make sure the obstacles you may have encountered were cleared up. Without their efforts the techniques would have died on the vine in about 2 weeks... a month tops.

Now you can argue with me all you like about how you are/were a seeker and how you would have been able to implement them without their help, but that would be bullocks.
