All the students went on holiday weeks ago - from the begining of July,  Oxford is pure tourist fodder apart from summer Schools for visiting mature/foreign students.  

Still Rawat's visit should get the Oxford Student's Union nicely annoyed come the new academic year in October - "cult leader abuses College good name" should give some aspiring young politico an opportunity to beat up on the College authorities and gain some kudos.
