Actually, I think it's more a disillusionment with Prem Rawat himself. The sense I got was that it wasn't so much moving away from the "organization," because the "organization" of the cult has been criticized and many premies were always suspicious of being involved in it. That isn't at all new. What was new for this person was moving away from M entirely, and not really seeing him as necessary to whatever "internal experience" that was still valued. l
Other than that, I'm not sure what you are saying. I don't think you can "dissolve" the distrinctions on the level of devotion to Rawat, which he appears to still be actively encouraging, if perhaps on a more deceptive level with the public and aspirants than in the past. So what appears to be dissolving (and the theing IMO that really makes it possible for someone to leave), is that they no longer see M as really worthy of their time, money, devotion and love.
