Here are some examples of what I was talking about: If this experience is within me, why don't I know it? Even though what we are looking for is inside of us, so much has been put on top of it. When we do not understand something, we tend to either ignore it or cover it up. On what basis, does Rawat say this? Personal experience? Down below he says everyone is an individual and experiences things differently. So, where does he get the above universal pronouncement? Can I get the same experience by other means? What Knowledge does, Knowledge does. You cannot compare it to anything else. The only thing you can say is that Knowledge brings the experience that is within...Knowledge brings you to you. Vacuous doublespeak maybe? ....why do we need preparation? ...We need to understand the priority fo the thirst inside, of the heart. This responsibility is innate and fundamental to our existence. Again with the universal pronouncements this time about something "innate and fundamental" to existence. On what basis does Rawat say that, even if he bothered to explain what "thirst" is? The thirst has always been there, but we have done a marvelous job covering it up. Things have happened. I love "things have happened." So brilliant, so Rawat. and more pronoucements about what "we" all do. Once, we had the understanding that joy and happiness are most important in this existence. Now, other things have crept in and taken priority. We used to understand that, did we? And we don't anymore, because of "things" (apparently like vermin) have "crept in." This is how we "all" are, according to Rawat. What will it feel like to have Knowledge? It will be what it will be. I'd call that both ignorant and arrogant. If you chase curiosity in life, you will have nothing at the end of the day. No one taught this guy to write, that's for sure, but still, what the hell does that mean, and is he suggesting that curiosity can't lead to creativity and a fulfilling life? Again, pretty stupid and arrogant, these universal statements based on nothing. What it will feel like is impossible to describe. Does he HAVE an editor? If one of my students wrote a sentence like that they would get a good old "D-". Make a distinction between just being curious and searching in a meaningful way. Yeah, sure, I'll do that because you say so, whatever it is. Come from a place of strength. All right. Whatever you say. This is just so....insightful. This is what you need in your life. Really?
