What I want to say is that the truth is the truth, regardless of the level of damage. We have a right to speak the truth about our lives, and it seems that those who want to deny us that right, and even deny that the truth is the truth, have taken a very dark turn in their lives, where their desire to protect their master has made them abandon respect for the truth.
And it's not "truth" in quotes as it's stated on Wikipedia. It's the real truth about a very destructive person who has presented himself as someone that people should worship as the Lord or Jesus, or the "Perfect Master" (as he defined Perfect Master) during his entire career as a guru.
The damage Rawat has done to so many people, whether it's slight or great, depending upon one's involvment, is the truth that is for ex-premies to talk about freely if they so choose. That right belongs to us no matter what premies try to say or do, on Prem Rawat's behalf, in order to prevent us from saying it.
I could sit here and make a laundry list of all the woundings of so many people that have ever crossed Prem Rawat's path. That would be quite easy for me to do. But, it's not necessary, not today anyway, for me to make such a list. It's all well documented on EPO and on these forum pages.
What's really astonishing is the damage and harm Prem Rawat wants to inflict on his former devotees for merely talking about their past involvement with him. After all, the ex-premie forums started out as a bunch of former premies who simply wanted to sort out what the hell happened to us, how being involved with Rawat effected us, how hurt we were, how much we needed to talk to each other about it all, that created the need in him, because he cannot be criticized or renounced, to unleash his wrath upon us, using any means at his disposal. Prem Rawat won't let us go to talk among ourselves, even, because he still needs to control us, even though we have rejected him. That is the hallmark of a destructive cult leader, and for any outside observers, that's the key feature in all of this that must make you pause and notice.
If Prem Rawat is so innocent of every charge ex-premies make, then why does the cult protest so much? You won't find the answer to that question on Elan Vital's FAQs.
Prem Rawat has never had any respect for the truth.
Thank you for keeping EPO going, John.
