I don't know Jim how much truth there is in Elan Vital statements of harassment. I haven't contacted the persons who claim that they have been harassed.

To begin with you seemed to be offering an example of two equally excessive perspectives.  You seemed to suggest that "black and white thinking" might lead a person to erroneously think one way, when there was equal merit in the other view.  Then, when pressed, you seemed to back off from that.  First you said you'd never meant to suggest the two perspectives had equal merit.  Further, you didn't seem to hold any stock in the anti-ex one.  So then I pressed you further as to why you'd even offered that example if you didn't think one of the alternative viewpoints was meritorious.  Your answer is this rather oblique thing above which seems to be your way of saying that, for all you know, maybe exes really are that kind of a hate group, in which case the viewpoint's not unreasonable and your initial example is apt.

So is that what you think?
