Jim, how do I know if these women experienced it as sexual abuse? May be they experienced as a privilige to have sex with him. I cannot find Dettmer's testimony, I have to admit.

Sorry, but you really do try my patience.  When a guru who indoctrinates people into thinking that he is the literal embodiment of the life force within them, that they can pray to their breath as a way of communicating with him directly, that he hears all, feels all, knows all, that he's the power that made them and he's the one that will take them elsewhere at his pleasure when they die which, don't forget, is also at his whim .... when that guy screws any of these people it's sexual abuse.
