A few hours ago today, Pluto entered Aquarius... the last time this occurred, is 248 years ago.

So from here, I let native English speakers/writers explain the whole thing.

Pluto was discovered in 1930 & its orbit around the sun is 248 yrs. That means that wherever it was then relative to something else it's now 339 yrs further on or maybe only 147 depending. I believe 'aspect' is the astrological term, but I'm not an expert.

Isn't it more interesting to wonder why the world is in the state it is, & whether in fact it always has been, & what if anything can be done about it, than to consider drivel like this as meaningful.

...because I remember you from the last time(s) I was here and therefore was prepared to a harsh answer. BUT in this respect I got it wrong. Your answer was a lot milder than what I was used to from the last time around.

As opposed to you I do have some understanding how astrology works. It doesn't matter where Pluto was at the time of his physical discovery - its energies have been around as long as the universe's existence -  without us knowing "him".

(Edit/Insert) Puto, at the time of its discovery was on a certain position in the sky, and knowing its orbital dates, it's quite easy to find out where it was at ANY given point in time - as well as where it WILL BE at ANY given point in the future. (End Edit)

There was a time when astrology & astromony were close "relatives", because astonomy is a necessary prerequisite to get things right in astrology.

I'll leave it at this point, because if you really wanted to know about it I could recommend you a whole library of books to read. Books free of drivel.

Edits apart from the insert: correcting some typo, clarified part of a sentence...

It was demoted as there are many rocks bigger than Pluto orbiting the sun. Don't these have energies that deserve consideration in astrology?

That's some years ago - I would have to do some research to find the source for the info.

What qualifies it to be a planet anyway is:

1. It must NOT be a moon of any other celestial body and it must NOT be a star in itself --- it fulfills both these requirements

2. It MUST revolve around a central star in an orbit which it does.

Pluto fulfills all these conditions - it is just a dwarf sized planet, but cannot be defined as anything else but a planet. The controversy seems to still be going on.
