Agree about Western capitalist democracy. What’s a good alternative? I don’t see one. Indigenous tribal living… maybe but now impossible. Socialism aka communism lite - no thanks, everyone starves! 

I was watching the live broadcast from the Capitol. Suddenly the picture shifted to what looked like a bunch of tourists wandering in the roped walkways taking photos with their phones. I heard Trump say go and peacefully protest. I also heard he called for the National Guard before the event, but was refused. I don’t buy the media spin one bit. There’s a lot of political skullduggery going on!

I don’t know exactly what you think Trump would have done if he’d got another term and done 8 years straight? I thought the Abraham Accords were a brilliant achievement and it is a shame Biden played them down because they were Trump’s because I think that emboldened Iran and Hamas to strike Israel on Oct 7th. There was no involvement in foreign wars under Trump - another good thing. Maybe you think domestically he is dangerous? I have no problem with a strong southern border because there is a lot of child sex trafficking going on there, for one thing. Trump only added one country to Obama’s list of banned entry for terrorist threat. Not so bad really. Then the blue collar workers - he obviously has their interests at heart - against the elites and the Swamp. All pretty much as oid UK Labour Party used to be when the Left cared about the poor instead of playing Identity Politics!
