Marolyn spoke at every program and then she disappeared. What happened during that time? Does anyone know? Is she still a believer or just in it for the wealth? I have heard that M has a mistress. Not seeing Marolyn at programs was a strange experience for me. Creepy. No explanation for her absence.

But we were never given explanations for anything, were we? Someone called from from DECA years ago. The person they were calling for was not there, but before I hung up, I asked, what is DECA? The answer was "it's just a place where premies work".

Yes, thank you. I read it. Not sure what to make of it. I guess Marolyn was still (at least at that time) on board with keeping the game going. It is the family business after all.
She says at one point: "...those who leave K are fools, idiots and assholes". Well, thanks, Marolyn. I missed seeing her at programs after she mysteriously disappeared (without explanation). I always enjoyed her satsang, but now that I know that she thinks I'm a fool, idiot and an asshole (for exiting the cult). I guess I'm not so crazy about her anymore.
Thinking that M and his family cared about me and other the premies was the hardest part for me to let go. I'm clearly codependent and I needed to believe that they all cared about us.

Hey Quinn!!, A few times I travelled out west to see Garcia and the DEad, and I crossed over at the Sault. Later when my daughter went to U of Windsor, I lived there a litlte. It was a high unemployment time there, so, as a dual citizen, I paid the 3 bucks for the border and within an hour, got a waitering job in Detroit. after my Lunch training in Greektown, they told me I could train more at dinner, but the Lunch trainer would be too high from crack to train me again, I've not been back to MI since

Well, Jerry Garcia died in 1995 so I guess you were here in Michigan before then. This is a beautiful state. I was so starving for green after living in the dessert for so many years. There is MOISTURE here, lots of it! Maybe you could return at some point and give it another try. You might like it.

Yes it is lovely, I really like Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore on the peninsula up North. It was only about 6 years ago that i spent time in Windsor, and agree MI. is nice, though, sad they went for Trump. I think at this point if I'm going to have winter I'm better off on this side of the border.

Yes, I agree. Staying where you are is a wise choice.Glad you visited Pictured Rocks. So much to see here. Regarding Michigan going for Trump.....I think Bernie Sanders could have beaten Trump. Clinton is too much of a washington insider. I voted for her, but I really wanted Bernie!

I am clearly codependent too Quinn and exploring my codependency helps me alot.I then have to deal with the Anger, which has not been easy.

one of the tendencies we have is to beat ourselves up but really who would you rather be, you or Maharaji? It's a no-brainer isn't it.
here's my list of meanings:
enabler - someone who encourages and helps other people.
people pleaser - someone who cares about others. I mean can you imagine a meal cooked by someone who didn't want to please you?
codependent - someone who is capable of forming a partnership.

I can't remember the date that M said that he was the only one allowed to talk about Knowledge, but I suspect this was the time she stopped talking. She continued to appear with him at events and may well still do. She and the family would make their entrance just ahead of his and slip into their front row seats. In India she would have her special place at the front unless she hadn't come at all. In which case his Barbie doll mistress Monica would slip into the exact same seat!
