What you mean is the light that comes from pressing your eyeballs is separate from religion and spirituality. And so it can be. (Assuming here that by some weird twist of logic the darshan line is nothing to do with religion.)

Indeed, this experience is also separate from morality, and from honesty, and from anything else that improves human beings.

In short, it is useless. Why do you bother with it?
