Guru Maharaj Ji = Prem Rawat = Living Perfect Master, not dead... | ![]() | ||

Andries, There was never any question for premies who ever listened to Rawat speak that he, from a very early age, almost always referred to himself in the third person. Perhaps you are having a problem with this due to language. In fact, he so commonly spoke about himself that way that it was almost surprising when he ever used the word "I." Or the first person singular. When Prem Rawat spoke about "Guru Maharaj Ji" he was NEVER, EVER was referring to his father unless he himself made the distinction, which he did because he would explain his experience of HIS Guru Maharaj Ji or Shri Maharaji.. He would say things such as "My Guru Maharaj Ji showed me this Knowledge," or "Shri Maharaji called us into the room and we received Knowledge." Or "If MY Maharaji asked me to repay him for what he gave me, I'd just die." That's not a verbatim quote, but he said something to that effect. Further, the whole premise for Prem Rawat being the Lord Incarnate or even simply Guru Maharaj Ji, was that his father was no longer alive and the entire emphasis was ALWAYS that we had a living perfect master to follow: HIM. I also remember him telling premies (I'd love to dig a quote out about this) that we should NOT consider Shri Hans (his father) as OUR Guru Maharaj Ji. You are completely wrong on this issue. You must concede on this because this is not the cult you were in, Andries. The other thing that is lost on you is that you've been READING these quotes and there is a huge difference when one is listening to Rawat speak in this way. I don't know who Zappaz is, Andries, but he seems to have an open channel to the premies at EV or TPRF. Make no mistake, Andries, it is a very common practice for anyone who is in a POSITION to speak on behalf of Prem Rawat from the standpoint of giving out information to a stranger, especially someone who is writing an article about Rawat, they WILL LIE on his behalf. That's why when Zappaz recently came back about the description of the Keys from TPRF, I just laughed, because either HE's a premie, or they are pulling his chain. So either Zappaz is a "plant" for EV, or they have been love-bombing him to death in order to get their POV about a lot of things that are blatantly incorrect in the articles. You are most definitely incorrect on this issue. I was a premie who listened to Maharaji with great concentration. Believe me you could not be more wrong. Cynthia
