This description was from the brief time that Rawat personally taught the techniques. Since then it was done by instructors playing a DVD of Rawat showing the techniques, but I've been told by a premie on Wikipedia that they don't use DVDs any more so maybe it's now done with a holographic projection of Rawat showing the techniques.
