Nik and Cynthia - I'm with you two on this. Some horses get a condition known as "cribbing". With this condition, the horse grabs grab on to something with his teeth - like a wooden rail or their stall (crib) door, and then he sucks air into his stomach. This is not the same as chewing on wood. Cribbing releases a chemical into the brain that causes a happy feeling - and finally addiction.
The technique of Holy Name is simply a human type of cribbing, and like any addiction, it can be difficult to stop. Add the brainwashing to it - and then comes fear.....
Give it up King - get a real life and experience happiness without all this silly cult nonsense. You will start to feel a whole lot better!
