I thought of it instantly when I read the post. I almost didn't post it because of the visual image it evokes. However, reading how these old inner circle folks love to praise each other online and create an illusion of legitimacy it's the perfect term. I think the PAMs are the sort that pre date the latest evolution of team training, leadership trainers and other people who don't do the actual work but would like the rewards of having done the work... influencers. |
