Stress will be workshop topic

Most medical experts agree that stress is perhaps the number one factor leading to poor health and premature aging.

Local physicians Edd Hanzelik and John Horton have been collaborating
with Tim Gallwey, the best-selling author of the “Inner Game of
Tennis,” to bring a unique set of stressreduction skills to the home
and to the workplace.

On Sat., Feb. 4, Hanzelik, Horton and guest speaker Gallwey will
host a one-day seminar titled “Inner Stability: The Solution to Chronic
Stress” to help participants learn to access the personal resources
needed to build inner stability. Inner stability helps the individual
better handle life’s challenges without bringing about additional
stress.

These are all premies, long-time and currently practicing premies.  Their version of inner stability might just include a chubby, middle-aged man in the equation.

Many have tried it:  Joan Apter, Erica Andersen, John Horton -- all with these new-agey versions of providing some kind of wisdom on how to find tranquility within, for health and business purposes, often manifesting in giving absurdly simple metaphors, which they pretend are profound.  Then, of course, they can also attempt to get recruits for the cult, and make money at the same time.  What a deal.

John Horton was my initiator. So now he's a stress expert. Hmm, I wonder if I'd have better success with him as my stress guru. The techniques he taught me for God realization sure didn't work so well.

Funny that "Dr. John" didn't notice anyone at DECA feeling any stress, including me.

What a total asshole.

All I can say is:

Quack! Quack! Quack!
