Agreed too... it feels, at times as if I've been searching all this time for humanness, only surmising what might be the tool to bring that out or to make it the focal centre of our sense of purpose here. (on earth)
I imagined what might evolve individuals toward deeper humanitarian awareness. I can't see how our sojourns as devotees and servants could have added to our sense of humanity. When obsessed with putting Maharaji in the driver's seat of the world, I could not have cared less about humanitarian issues, thinking he would magically solve all the world's problems, overnight.
Yet now, in releasing ourselves from this enslavement to false ideals, and meeting here, in our new, cyber field, with time to think and balanced views from each other, we are evolving again, without teachers or owner's manuals, towards, to my view, a level of freedom and clarity I could not have foreseen, before this technology.
Technological development and inner human growth; and even the healing of nations seem to have a possible opportunity, now, to move forward, hand in hand, toward the improving world no single individual could promise: toward an honesty or wisdom beyond the scope of any individual perception or the reasoning of the sincerest single member of our human race.

Great news, Mike and I appreciate hearing about it. I agree that this forum is unique to the internet. I've browsed many similar forums (ex-cultists) over the years and this one stands out, imo. I know of at least one suicide that was prevented by reading here, believe it or not, and many real deep problems based around Maharaji and the cult start off becoming solved by reading this Forum. That's good (and sad) to hear. That person isn't the first to avoid such a drastic measure (caused by involvement with Maharaji) with help from ex-premies. I remember several years ago reading the forum (can't remember which version or what year). It was late at night and I went to bed. When I opened the forum page the next morning, the same people I'd been talking to on the forum the night before had stayed up all night talking to someone who had arrived onthe board and they were threatening suicide. Thanks to the compassion of the ex-premies, the situation had been diffused by the morning. Again, many thanks. Cynthia

Well done, Mike & John.

Hi Mike, I think it is very interesting. And Thank You for posting that. You and John are doing a great service for us all. However, my question is this... How many people come to this site to read each day? Do you have a counter? Just wondering now that there are 200 registered posters here. Best Thoughts Always... Hilltop
