The view of his house at the end of the link shows his garage clearly. From this side, there are five what appear to be double doors, and a road gives access to the upper level which I believe also has five double doors, so that allows space for twenty cars. Not bad for someone who's never had a (tax-)paying job.
It's also nice that any reasonable person researching Rawat comes up with the truth pretty quickly.
If I remember the pictures correctly that Drek has on his site (bless you Drek for saving those before they disappear from the internet!), the upper level garage appears to have three triple doors, so is likely a nine car garage. The lower level, is pretty obviously a 10 car garage.
