Jim, I did not get a reply to my e-mail to Rawat. I have to admit that this is one of the things that bothers me most about those gurus and spiritual teachers. They have the knowledge to clarify issues and give a detailed rebuttal to accusations, but refuse to do so. Instead, Rawat is defended by his ignorant and speculating followers. SSB and Rawat are either silent or give very vague "rebuttals" or make even insulting and defamatory remarks about people who are critical about them. Why? I can only think of one good reason, they are afraid to defend themselves, because they know that they do not have the skills to do so, or because they know that there is no rational, reasonable defense possible. Can you think of another reason?

Politicians in democracies are interviewed by journalists and have to answer difficult questions. Another example, I am not a Christian, but Jesus did give a reply to several questions and criticisms, according to the Bible.
