Looks like we're going to broadcast ex-premie desert island discs on Sundays at 5pm (gmt).

First one this week, guest week 1 - hamzen

Jethro Cadbury, who was a premie from 1973 to 1997 based in the UK, will do the jock spot this week with me as a guest, the following week he will be the guest, and I'll be jocking.

To listen to the show, go to http://www.shoutcast.com
Search radio stations for 4amzen, download the playlist file, and play the file, you are then connected.
Works in iTunes (available for both mac and pc) and win amp (a free multi media player with independent tv stations to view as well).
You can send live feedback to hamzen2002 on yahoo messenger during the show

Format:
The guest will be picking 8 tracks of significance for them in their life, listening to them and then discussing them, they will also choose a book to take with them, and a luxury item, and talk about those as well.

This will go out weekly if enough people are up for being guests.

If anyone is interested in being a guest let me know.

What is required from the guests:
they need to have eight tracks on their computer, and let me know the track listing in advance of recording (or going live),
or if someone wants to do a guest spot but doesn't have a powerful enough computer for live chat it could be done in written format, and read out by me, again I would need to know the track listings in advance.

If you're not sure if your computer is powerful enough but would like a guest spot anyway, contact me anyway and I'll give technical support.
It would obviously be more interesting with live voices.

Re rawat, you can talk about as much as you want or as little.

All guests will be ex-premies or regular posters to this forum.

The weekly mariachi brothers show, with me and occasional guests dj'ing, carries on after xpdid at 6pm (gmt)

Music policy:
lots of brazilian, old skool and modern, 60's psychedelic/psychedelic folk, some jazz (eg miles davis 60's stuff), but mostly dance based stuff such as atmospheric drum'n'bass, downtempo trip-hop, chilled jazzy soulful house and trippy world dance fusion beats like Mercan Dede.
