Anyway, I was FA of the ex-premie forum when this incident occurred. Jim was not barred from the forum. His decision to stop posting for approximately nine months was completely outside of the forum's administration. Frankly, it was none of my business, and no-one ever approached me concerning banning or not banning Jim. I would have told them to piss off, regardless...
