and very intolerant and arrogant of jonx to assume that your experience is not at his level (or dare I say beyond his) because you rejected the guru. The very existence of people like you challenges the core of their belief system that it only works with the devotee/master relationship with Malibu P intact.

I can also say that Knowledge worked for me as it always did after I rejected Prem. I made a personal choice to stop practicing at a later point because I thought it wasn't emotionally healthy and also because I don't think that it is sacred. That is, I think it is one state of being amongst many and not something particularly special. But of course that is just my own philosophy, which at least is based on scientific investigation and reason. I'm always ready to change my attitude when new evidence presents itself – something impossible for the homo religiosus where blind faith rules the day.
