You talk about filtering through a sieve of doubt. I think we do this everyday for most things. I don't believe everything I read or hear people say and neither do you, so unless it's an article of faith, we sieve everything through our doubtmarkers.
Some people surpress or turn off their doubtmakers when attending church or other religious activities. "Not doubting" is an article of faith of the religion you espouse. Critical examination of Mr Rawat's "message of peace" is not possible for believers like yourself.
