In 1985, A.'s father told Charand that Jagdeo had raped A, an eight year old girl.  Charand claims that he did not tell Rawat anything about the charges.  For many years after 1985, Jagdeo continued acting as a Mahatma in Rawat's service and enjoyed continued access to more premie children.  Charand is clearly to blame.  Whether or not Rawat knew about the Jagdeo problem is something that Elan Vital is trying to hide, but Charand himself is undeniably implicated.  He has a lot of nerve getting up in front of people as if he is some kind of saint, when he is no better than the Catholics who protected their own child molesters.  Charand also is known to have had sexual relations with premie women while he was presenting himself as a celibate Mahatma. 

Charand should be challenged wherever he makes himself a public figure.

He should be very ashamed of himself.
