During the preceding week, more than 6,000 people came to seek Prem Rawat's inspiration and guidance at an event held in London. This weekend, more than 5,000 people are attending a three-day event he is holding in Lisbon, Portugal.

Is that possible?

Or are they doing cumulative counting where there was a 2 or 3 day event with maybe 2 appearances per day and the attendence was 1000 per session (3 x 2 * 1000)?  Or some other variation.
