Because I shoot my mouth off on this forum sometimes just to see what people will say.

My experience is that the techniques are not only unnecessary, and not only distracting, but downright painful.  Who needs that?

But what about you?  Do you still poke and prode your orifices in various ways for 15 minutes each?
