and your phrase "confronting wrong thinking" is as objectionable as any piece of cult-induced thought reform. Wrong thinking? What's wrong is that, in saying that, you set yourself up as an authority on what opinions are permitted. All I'm suggesting is that exes and premies at least try to communicate with a modicum of respect for each others' differences. The polarisation that otherwise would result benefits neither party.
