I think the first judge to have this case in front of him, would have it thrown out on account of the legal team of nutjobs representing the head whacko would be out of order, the whole proceeding would be out of f---in' order.

The cult's tactic would (should anyone be brave enough to take them on) - simply outspend the victim in legal actions before it got before a Judge. Rember in the Macgregor vast sums in costs were racked up in using Private detectives and other nonsenses in an attempt to demonstrate that costs would be impossible for an individual to meet .

Can't wait to see what happens. They will try to make an example out of someone, as they did with John MacGregor. I hope whoever it is will keep it posted here. Although the gag order that will be set in place will keep that person quiet.

Well they won't be able to employ an Anton Pillar in the US - such an order would never make it past the most basic First Amendment reequirements. Anton Pillars only work in legal systems based on the UK model.

The Keys Terms and Conditions requires (for Amercans at least) that participants sign away Constitutional Rights (the First Amendment) - this simply isn't legally possible unless the Consititution makes a specific provision for a Right to be suspended. The Rawatites are either mad, stupid, or profoundly cynical - or maybe all three. Why would anyone want to be associated with such crap ?
