So basically, if one agrees to the terms and conditions, one leaves oneself open for legal penalties by breaching the terms. Breaching would include a) copying, distrubuting or publicly displaying any of the material on the Keys Site

b) One cannot comment on, research material, or use under "fair use" purposes

c) This goes on for ever and ever and if one changes ones mind, one must return whatever nonsense one has received since it belongs to tprf

d) one cannot share ones password with others

e) one must realize that knowledge cannot cure, or treat any medical or mental illness nor can knowledge prevent the recurrence of any illness once it has been treated

f) One cannot be nuts in any sense, and as far as one is aware, one is not nuts (I mean come on, the guy running this operation is not too tightly wrapped).

If one were to breach any of the above, one would be liable to pay for legal penalties, damages and lawyer fees as disputed in the good state of Crazyfornia.

Now, that's nuts. Anyone who signs this waiver has breached the terms, because they are Nuts. So basically, everyone who signs this waiver could be taken to court and forced to pay penalties, lawyer fees and be liable for damages. If the powers that be decide that they want to pursue any signee of said terms and conditions, they could, to the fullest extent of the law, pursue and take you down.

I think the first judge to have this case in front of him, would have it thrown out on account of the legal team of nutjobs representing the head whacko would be out of order, the whole proceeding would be out of f---in' order.

Can't wait to see what happens. They will try to make an example out of someone, as they did with John MacGregor. I hope whoever it is will keep it posted here. Although the gag order that will be set in place will keep that person quiet.
