You know, here in the States we pretend to be puritanical and the entire country melts down because a boob appeared at the Super Bowl for five seconds. So, they put that "explicit" stuff, (like the one Couples episode I saw in which a woman was willing to put up with an obnoxious guy whom she otherwise hated because of his large penis), after "prime time" lest it infect the minds of our children.
I know British "humor" is highly scatalogical, but even making allowance for that, well.
And the hetero thing, well, I was joking, but that was American humor, so I understand how you might not get it.

Kevin is very unstereotypical, that's for sure. He dislikes musicals, Barbara Streisand, Judy Garland, the Golden Girls, Joan Crawford, disco/dance music, clothes, back waxing, facials, and he could rewire an entire house with nothing more than a butter knife. Can't you see how lucky I am?
