I recall hearing Jim Jones say how members of his church had accidents where they could have drowned, but as they meditated upon him (Jim Jones) they were saved. Jones would even give his people photographs of his self for good luck & fortune. Sounds like Mitch and his relationship with M to me. It is almost a synchronicity (to use a Jungian term) how Jim Jones and M have so many of the same gimmicks used on followers. |
